Pricing

An ISA costs $3,000 a month.
We start at $149.

Every plan has every feature. You pay for your team and your volume — not for a tier that unlocks the routing you already needed.

One dashboard for every customer the office talks to — who called, what was said, and what happens next.

  • Every seat comes with its own phone number
  • You decide who gets how many minutes, and change it any time
  • Every lead and call in one place, not one inbox each
  • Roles, permissions, and per-person attribution

Every office under one roof, reported on separately, on a contract your legal team can sign.

  • SSO, SAML, and a security review
  • Named account manager and a shared Slack channel
  • Onboarding and implementation included
  • SLA and DPA

Minutes go into one pool and you decide who gets how many. A seat is $9.99/mo and comes with its own phone number — so putting your whole office on Kallabot costs far less than buying each of them an account. Past the pool, calls keep working at $0.09/min on every plan. AI agents are unlimited everywhere.

Reality check

What are the calls you miss already costing you?

Every number here is yours to change, including the one that works against us. Nothing is sent anywhere.

60%

Not 100%. Some callers won't talk to an AI, and some were never real. Move this to whatever you actually believe.

Going to voicemail, every year

$120,960

42 missed leads a month · 15.1 deals a year

At 60% recovery, Kallabot would put back about

$72,576 / year

Brokerage costs $5,988/year. Net $66,588. One recovered deal covers 16 months of it.

Show the arithmetic

120 leads × 35% missed = 42/mo

42 × 12 × 3% = 15.1 deals lost/yr

15.1 × $8,000 = $120,960 lost/yr

$120,960 × 60% recovery = $72,576/yr recovered

Brokerage $499 × 12 = $5,988/yr

For comparison, an in-house ISA runs $3,000$5,000/month in salary alone — $75,000$85,000 in year one once you count benefits, training, and turnover. Tell us your real numbers and we'll run it properly.

On every plan

There is no better version of this behind a higher tier.

The list below is what you get on Agent, on Brokerage, and on Enterprise. Plans differ by how many minutes you get, how many people log in, and how much of our time you have — never by what the product is allowed to do.

Add-ons

The help, priced honestly.

Getting an agent live takes an afternoon. Getting it good — the questions, the routing, the CRM mapping — is the part that pays for itself, and it's real work. We'd rather charge for it than pretend it's free and do it badly.

Implementation & onboarding

$1,000 one-time

We build it with you: agent configuration, CRM field mapping, number setup, and training your team on it. Included on Enterprise, and free for founding Brokerage customers.

Ongoing optimisation

$500 / month

A monthly working session on what your calls are actually doing — where they drop, what gets asked, what should route differently — and we make the changes.

Extra phone numbers

At cost

Every seat already comes with a number. If you want more than one per person — a campaign line, a second branch — they're billed at what the carrier charges us, plus the regulatory bundle. We don't mark them up.

Questions

The things worth asking before you buy.

Why is there no feature comparison table?

Because every plan has every feature. The only things that change are how many minutes are included, how many people can log in, and how much of our time you get. We don't hold routing or compliance back to sell you an upgrade — you'd only be buying back something that should have worked from the start.

What happens when I use up my included minutes?

Calls keep working and extra minutes are $0.09 each. One rate on every plan — we don't charge smaller customers more. Nothing stops, and you won't get a surprise: usage is on the dashboard and you can cap or auto-refill it.

What counts as a minute?

Connected call time, inbound and outbound. Ringing and unanswered calls don't count. Every call's exact duration and cost is on its record, so the bill is auditable line by line.

Is a seat the same as an AI agent?

No, and the word collision causes real confusion in this industry. A seat is a person who logs in — it costs $9.99 a month and comes with its own phone number. AI agents are unlimited on every plan; build fifty if you want. You're paying for your team, not for the software's work.

Does each person get their own minutes?

Minutes go into one pool for the whole office, and you decide how much of it each person gets — set it when you add them, change it whenever. Someone who's on the phone all day can have 400 a month and someone who takes two calls a week can have 50. You can also let people draw from the shared pool when they run out, or stop them there. It's your call, per person.

Why is putting my whole office on this cheaper than everyone having their own account?

Because seats and minutes are priced separately. A seat is $9.99 a month — a login and a phone number — and it doesn't come with minutes. So a hundred agents cost about $1,000 a month to seat, and you buy the minutes your office actually uses, once, and split them. A hundred separate accounts means paying a hundred times for minutes most of them will never touch.

Does everyone get their own phone number?

Yes. Every seat comes with one, because every agent having their own line is how a brokerage actually works — and it's what makes the call history per person mean anything. Want more than one for someone, or a separate line for a campaign? Those are billed at what the carrier charges us, with no markup.

How does this compare to hiring an ISA?

An in-house inside sales agent runs $3,000–$5,000 a month in salary alone, and $75–85k in year one once you count benefits, training, and turnover. Brokerage is $499. That said, we're not claiming to replace a good ISA — humans still convert better on long nurture. We answer everything, qualify it, and hand your people the ones worth their time.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Minutes reset each billing period. If your volume is spiky it's usually cheaper to sit on the lower plan and pay the overage than to buy for your peak month.

Can I add users later?

Any time, at $9.99 each per month, prorated from the day you add them, and each one arrives with its own phone number. Growing your team shouldn't be a renegotiation. Past 25 users it's worth talking to us — that's usually the point where Enterprise costs you less.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Any time, in both directions, from the billing page. No contract and no cancellation fee on Agent or Brokerage — if it stops earning its keep, turn it off. Enterprise runs on an annual contract.

What about the phone number itself?

Bring one you own, or provision one through us. Numbers and their regulatory bundles are billed separately at cost — we don't mark them up.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes — annual billing is ten months for twelve. The saving shows when you switch the toggle.

Bring your numbers. We'll tell you if it's worth it.

Your lead volume, your commission, your miss rate. If the arithmetic doesn't work we'll say so — we'd rather lose the sale than sell you something that sits there unused.

No contracts. Cancel anytime. Data stays yours.
