Dithered drawing of a terraced street to the vanishing point, porch lights lit house by house.

Use case

Work the whole list,
not the top of it.

Most teams have a database they know is worth money and never call, because calling it is a week of somebody's life. Kallabot dials it, has the conversation, and brings back the ones worth your time.

The problem

The list is an asset you're not allowed to spend.

Old leads, past clients, expired enquiries, renewal lists. Everyone agrees they're valuable. Nobody calls them, because the maths never works: hours of dialling for a handful of conversations, and the reps hate it.

  • While you were outNo. 01

A database nobody has touched in a year

  • While you were outNo. 02

Reps cherry-pick the top of the list and abandon the rest

  • While you were outNo. 03

Launch day needs twenty callers you don't have

  • While you were outNo. 04

No consistent record of who said what, or when

Every contact ends
with an outcome.

Zara works down the list at the pace you set. The interested ones come to you; everyone else gets a clean disposition.

  5. Zara

Hi Sam, it’s Zara, the agency’s AI assistant. You looked at apartments with us last spring. Are you still thinking of moving?

  6. Caller

Actually, yes. We put it on hold, but we’re looking again.

  7. Zara

Good timing. Still two bedrooms, around the same budget?

  8. Caller

Three now. And the budget’s gone up a bit.

  9. Zara

Noted. Khalid has three-beds coming up. I’ll put you through to him now.

The workflow Zara runs

What actually happens
on the call.

Work a list at volume — database reactivation, launches, renewals — with per-contact pacing and outcomes.

  1. 01

    Load the list

Upload contacts with your own fields. Template variables mean every call knows who it's talking to and why.

    Your fields, in every call

  2. 02

    Set the pace

Per-campaign concurrency, retries, and schedule. Dial a launch list hard; nurture an old database gently.

    Concurrency · retries · schedule

  3. 03

    Let it run

It works the list, handles the no-answers and the not-interesteds, and doesn't get demoralised at contact 400.

    No-answers, not-interesteds, contact 400

  4. 04

    Take the ones that matter

Interested contacts transfer live or get booked. Everyone else gets a clean disposition you can filter on.

Launch day

A hundred enquiries in an afternoon.

That's a staffing crisis for a sales team and an ordinary Tuesday for an agent. Everyone gets qualified on budget, unit preference, and urgency in real time — nobody sits in a queue.

What you getThe parts that do the work.

  • 01

    Contact lists with your fields

Whatever you know about the contact can be used in the conversation.

  • 02

    Pacing and retry control

Concurrency, attempt count, and spacing per campaign — throttled to what your team can actually receive.

  • 03

    Per-contact disposition

Every contact ends with an outcome and a transcript, not a blank cell.

  • 04

    DNC and quiet hours, enforced

Scrubbed before dial, respecting local quiet hours, on every campaign, automatically.

“Launch-day inquiries used to disappear into a call queue. Now every buyer gets qualified by budget, unit preference, and urgency in real time.”
Daniel ChoVP Sales, Skyline Developments

Questions · 3

Before
you ask.

  1. Outbound calling is legal and heavily regulated, and the regulations differ by jurisdiction. Kallabot scrubs against DNC, enforces quiet hours, and logs consent — but you own the relationship with the contact and the basis for calling them. If you're unsure about a list, ask your counsel before you dial it.

  2. Concurrency is set per campaign and bounded by your plan. The sensible limit is usually how many live transfers your team can actually take, not what the platform can dial.

  3. The agent honours it on the call and the contact is suppressed from future campaigns. That's not optional and it's not configurable.
